Lessons We offer 4 lessons per month for $100 payable each month. Lessons are 1 hour from start to finish. Allow 10 minutes to tack up and 5 minutes for taking off tack. Lessons are generally 45 minutes of instruction time in the saddle and 15 minutes on the ground. As you progress and can tack up without help, you may arrive early to get that done and spend more time in the saddle. With these lessons, you/your child are allowed to take practice rides during the week. All practice rides must be done Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Lessons and practice rides do not carry over to the next month. We will do everything that we can to ensure that you get all your rides in during the month! Lessons are given Friday afternoons, all day saturdays, and Sundays from 2-5PM. By appointment. If you are not going to make your scheduled lesson time. Please let Amy know a minimum of 1 hour in advance. You may call or text. Periodically, we have additional instructors come in to do riding clinics. These clinics are at an additional charge and are NOT included in the $100 per month. If you choose to take lessons but would rather not pay the up front fee of $100, individually purchased lessons are $35 per hour.
